Biography

​

I possess a varied pallet of skills that can be applied to many fields of the audio industry, be that film, music or art. I work well with others, in large or small teams. I have a proven record of finishing projects and meeting deadlines to the high standards set by clients.

 

 

Work Experience

​

 

Visual Artist, Various Locations, Scotland 2016- present

 

     Duties – Production of large scale background artworks for use in film and television productions, colour selection

     Responsibilities – Working with lead artist to ensure spec carried out within the team and in the wider production

 

Assistant sound technician, Berlin, Germany 2011

 

     Duties – Recording and editing of sound in a filmset environment, processing of audio in DAW, post production sound design in collaboration with video department

     Responsibilities – Exporting and converting all audio files to the spec of the production.

Outside the studio, I enjoy field recording, photography, bouldering, Muay Thai, and exploring Scotland's landscapes—experiences that regularly inform my work. Alongside my creative practice, I work as a Senior Chef de Partie. Working in a demanding kitchen environment has taught me to stay calm under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail, while leading a team has strengthened my communication and people management skills.
